You agree to use this website and our services for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to interfere with the website’s functionality, security, or data.

- Information on this website is for educational purposes only.
- It does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Telehealth services are provided only after completing required intake forms and receiving provider approval.
- Peptide therapies, prescriptions, and wellness products require clinical review and may not be appropriate for all patients.
No Provider–Patient Relationship Until Approved
A provider–patient relationship is established only after:
- Completing the medical intake
- Provider review
- Approval for treatment
- Payment for services
Submitting an intake alone does not guarantee approval.
Payment & Refund Policy
- All services, telehealth visits, and peptide orders are paid at the time of purchase.
- Due to the nature of prescription products, all sales are final once a prescription is issued.
- No refunds are provided for medications shipped by partner pharmacies.
- No refunds of medical services outside of overpayment and approved by management.

We partner with licensed U.S. pharmacies and vendors. We are not responsible for:
- Shipping delays
- Pharmacy processing times
- Product availability
- Third‑party website content
